Today’s post is brought to you by…8 hours of working at a trailer plant. π
I think I’ve finally comprehended how important shadow work is, and what it brings after it. And it’s fantastic. Not fun, but the results are so so so worth it. You get rid of what’s blocking you from achieving your goals/desires and make room for them BY DOING shadow work.
Letting go of other things that not longer serve you is also a way to make more room/create that vacuum needed for growth. But things aren’t going to let you go until you’ve learned the lesson. Whatever it may be. If you try to let them go beforehand, they find a way to keep coming back into your life.
My latest breakthrough was from a “friend” of mine. And I am so so so grateful that she came into my life at this time, and was just the right person to teach me this lesson. She really taught me how to recognize my own triggers, which is essential for doing shadow work. She did this by constantly projecting onto others, and had ME walking on egg shells. Yeah, I know… I shouldn’t have put up with it for as long as I did (Is that how I made her feel..?). Besides that, our relationship was a clear display of the Law of Polarity, which helps a person realize what they do NOT want out of things like relationships, financial situations, careers, etc. π
